8 Ways To Raise Your Vibration

We all want to have inner peace and be connected with our higher-selves, in the fast moving world, full of communication and new stresses every day it isn't easy to stay aligned and in a high vibration, but here are a few things you can do to feel more connected and calm.
Walk In Nature: Taking a walk away from the busy streets can help raise your vibration and ground you, walk around somewhere with trees and if you can find a place with a body of water that's even better! listen to the birds, pay attention to the wind and just let nature do it's thing.
Eat Foods High In Vibration: Yes! everything around and inside you is energy, we are made from it. Foods also have a energetic vibration, for example, broccoli, lettuce, kale, arugula, all leafy greens, sprouts, herbs, spices, teas (especially green and yellow), beans and fermented foods like kombucha or cheese, are all high in vibration. When you eat fresh foods not only will your body feel good but your soul will too.
Cooking Or Juicing: Whether you like to make a smoothie with fresh fruits or a whole meal, the process of cooking requires you to be attentive and grounded in the present moment, it can ground you and you get to eat.
Cleaning: I know! sounds like a chore but this will make you feel more present and keep your space cleansed off of bad energies.
Meditation/ Yoga/Workout: I personally love doing guided meditations to align myself, all you have to do is sit in a comfortable place, breathe and focus on your body. Yoga is also a very good way to rise your vibration through physical activity, it can help you find physical and spiritual balance. Working out also ties into this as it is physical activity and releases happy hormones in our bodies.
Walking Barefoot On Grass: Simply putting your feet on the ground, close to earth can help you feel more grounded and connected to the energies around you.
Painting/Coloring: You don't have to be an artist to play with some soothing colors and shades, it is therapeutic and you are creating something that wasn't there a few moments ago.
Gratitude: Taking a moment out of your day to be thankful for the blessings we have in life, even if it is as little as having a roof over your head or the ability to breathe, being grateful puts us in a higher vibration and reminds of all that is so we can focus less on what isn't.
These are a few ways, I keep myself in alignment and in higher vibrations, give them a try and I'm sure you will feel aligned.
